With the artwork ‘The Facets of Eyesight’, I want to make a statement about the importance of our eyesight and the relevance of aid organisations for the blind.The central iris surrounded by a diamond effect is meant to represent both the beauty and the value of human sight. This work is to remind us how precious our sight is and how important it is to help those who do not have this gift. By auctioning the work, I hope to generate awareness and funds to support organisations for the blind.
